Major winter storms may aim for Midwest

The Midwest and Great Lakes regions face major winter storms in 2008-09, according to Bryce Anderson, DTN ag meteorologist and DTN analyst, which falls right along what the farmers are telling me. But, of course, the winter forecast facing the Panhandle isn’t as clearcut.
