In case you are one of the lucky ones that doesn’t need to travel that bone-jarring road that is Hwy 54, be aware, they have blocked off another lane.Previously the outside westbound lane was blocked. Now, a crew has also blocked off the outside eastbound lane from the 4th Street intersection up to the 12th Street intersection and beyond.

I guess this means that the Behne Construction crews have finished installing drains and ramps on the westbound side and are ready to work on eastbound. Fortunately, all of this is prep work for when the real fun begins — paving.
