Texhoma -- Here is the feeder cattle weighted average report for the Wednesday, April 15, 2009, sale at
Texhoma Livestock Auction, Texhoma, Oklahoma, as reported by the state Department of Agriculture.

Receipts:  500    Last Week:  1290    Year Ago:  650

   Compared to last week:  Feeder cattle and calves steady in a limited test.
Demand good for all classes.  Fill average.  Supply included 94 over 600 lbs and
56 percent heifers.
   Slaughter cows and bulls steady.  Total of 55 cows and bulls sold with 72
percent going to packers.
