Goodwell, Okla. — The Panhandle State Association of Alumni & Friends is offering Centennial belt buckles for sale to celebrate Oklahoma Panhandle State University’s 100th birthday. Crafted by Montana Silversmiths, the buckle features the official Centennial Seal against a classic silver background. The limited edition buckle is only available by ordering in advance and will be delivered in January.
