City council meets Thursday

City council members face a brief agenda Thursday for a regularly scheduled meeting.
Among items listed are budget amendments, possible approval of the firefighters union agreement and possible action on accepting an Oklahoma Arts Council &5,000 challenge grant for Artist Incubation.
Follwing adjournment, the council will reconvene as the Guymon Utilities Authority to conduct regular business.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the council chambers in City Hall, at 219 NW 4th St.
